about me
WHO AM I?
I'm a classically trained ballerina who began taking dance classes at age three. It wasn’t until college that I got into weightlifting and bodybuilding, but it quickly became a passion. In 2012, I received a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine and began training clients.
After college, I grew a successful personal training business on Cape Cod, where I grew up. While my focus was primarily personal training, I began coaching bodybuilding clients in 2017, guiding them through both their training and their nutrition. In late 2019, I moved across the country to LA to continue to pursue my career in personal training and nutrition coaching.
A UNIQUE INSIGHT
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and gyms closing, I have since shifted my focus to coaching people remotely. With almost a decade of experience as a trainer and a competitive bodybuilder, my experience gives me a unique insight into the world of physique transformation.
Alongside my own personal experience, my constant desire to educate myself and acquire more knowledge means my clients can expect me to continuously improve my skills and methods as a coach.
MY GOALS
I have six competitive bodybuilding seasons under my belt! I received my professional status in both the OCB (figure category) and the WNBF (women’s bodybuilding category) in 2018 after nearly 7 years of competing and improving my physique. I qualified for and competed in the WNBF World Championship in both 2018 and 2021. I am now currently taking some time away from competing to focus on my clients and business!
